Cover for 'Unkillable'

Unkillable is the story of a young man who is cruelly murdered then brought back from the dead to revenge himself. The kicker is: He’s not really alive. He can be hurt, he just can’t be killed.

It’s dark and funny and sad and beautiful and violent and magical -- if it could be summed up with just a few words, there would have been no point in writing a novel.

Unkillable. Life sucks. Death blows. In between is worse.

Another absolutely fantastic listen by PEMcL. Even better IMHO than his legendary How To Succeed in Evil. It sets up a world just begging to be revisited, and has left me jonesing for his 2 HTSIE follow-ups now in the works. Go listen. NOW!
Fantastic story. I love how the flavor of the story floats between dark bitterness to biting humor. A cleansed an appetite I hadn't even known I had. Bleak and original. I applaud you sir.
Excellent story - a really good twist on the genre that had me hooked throughout. Like a good meal, it left me wanting just an extra mouthful. Not too much to leave me over full or uncomfortable, but just enough to make me walk away with a real sense of ...
I had a lot of fun with this one. Great narration. Audio quality was excellent. Liked the characters. Plot ran through a bit too quickly; I would have liked more about Vlad and Jack. One glitch: two hundred pound men underwater are buoyant, too buoyant to trap anyone under them. ...
I loved this book. Pretty much says it all :)
I really enjoyed this story. Although I find it difficult to separate the writing from Patrick's silky smooth storytelling, I think I would have had fun with it even if I had to do the heavy lifting of decoding words from a page myself. It reminded me of Neil Gaiman's ...
Freaking brilliant. Once again a superior book from this author. I finished it in one day and got nothing else done. His writing totally engages my mind on several levels. 5 stars, totally recommended.
That was a really good book. I truly enjoyed it! I can't wait to listen to something else of his. Great Job!
First rate, you must listen to this one! I wish the episodes would come out faster, they do come every week though. It is far better than many audio books that are not free. I hope Patrick E. McLean gets a book deal, he deserves it.
..a morbid tale.... of death! ...ie... nesss. I am a fan of anything Mr McClean does.
