I'm afraid to listen to this book. I've been getting more into stories that have a blood-and-guts component, but the reviews make me hesitate. And I listen to Sigler..... O.o I would just like to put in that both Scott Sigler and J.C. Hutchins have followings based on things they wrote. Soctt refers to his fans as junkies because his novel, Earthcore, was frequently called EarthCrack and because his followers would frequently talk about how they were addicted and waiting for the next fix. Then there's the chicken scissors....:shudders:. With Hutchins, his crazy hacker character was quite beloved and so his fans COMPLY. They run missions and are well known to send in all sorts of design work. One listener went so far as to make 3D generated models of the areas from 7th Son (AMAZING!). It was just something that happened through the community these Podiobook authors have fostered. These guys are successful because of their listeners. You're allowed to not like a book and state why, but please refrain from attacking the other listeners. I've seen it here and there on the boards, but this feed is by far the worst I've seen. Mark has that effect on people I think. LOL YOu either love it or hate it. :)

Hello, I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed "Number One with a Bullet" and this was not as good but just as fun. Keep it up! No matter what the ex-junkie, wanna be communist, hates capitalism with anarchistic tendencies says. He is just an angry young man who ran with the wrong crowd, doesn't have the money for the things he desires, has too many tattoos and piercings which prevent him from a good living in current society. Hence the name POS aka Piece of Shit. It's called a review young man, not political grandstanding. There is a reason why the US is revered by everyone, whether good or bad, and Norway... well, that is it isn't it.

Another awesome story from Mark. Through both seasons of Shadow Falls and #1 With a Bullet and now Diary of Madman, I've come to realize that I can always count on an entertaining story from this author. Great story. Very intense. Loved the narration. Can't wait until season 2!
